1. Where are your products made?

All of our products are ethically made in Colombia in our own manufacturing facility. If you want to hear more about our company and our social responsibility programs, please do not hesitate to contact us! 

2. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your preferred items, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout process.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options listed at checkout.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet! Currently we only offer US continental shipping (And FREE!)

5. How long does shipping take?

We take up to 2 business days for fulfillment, and up to 5 shipping days.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, undamaged items. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.

8. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@thelaez.com, please include your order # in the email.

9. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming sales, promotions, and new product launches.

10. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is placed, we work quickly to process it. Please contact us customerservice@thelaez.com at within 24 hours if you need to make changes.
